The Battle of Gettysburg fought in 1863 in the town of the Pennsylvania Gettysburg between Confederate and Union army. This war was fought during the American Civil War. This war involved the highest number of casualties in the entire war and is considered to be the turning point in the American Civil War. The Union Major General Meade’s army defeated the force attacks by Confederate Lee’s Army. This ended the Lee’s thought and force to invade the Northern region.
