The achievements have been backed up by a couple of evidences dated back from as early as the 13th century during the reign of Aristotle and other philosophers. Education can only be imparted from one generation to another or from one individual to another through teaching. Thus teaching is the primary way through which one learns. There are various types of learning methods through which one gains knowledge; the methods often depend on one’s ability, gender or culture. Moreover, learning depends on one interest and desires. This part of the research paper will be discussing cooperative learning as the learning method of choice.

Additionally, the grouping allows students not only to study for one but also help the team members reach their potential in the group. The teams are given work to study and assignment; the main aim is to ensure that all the team members have studied the given work and mastered. In order for all to master the work given and master the assignment they must have worked together with the teammates and that the focus point as to why the students are grouped.
The type of corporative learning through the use of teamwork is the student achievement division or rather the STAD. STAD is a type of corporative learning, where students involved, are facilitated to reach the provide procedures by the instructor or the teacher. The best part of this type of corporative learning is that the instruction given are to be followed step by step hence the team members of a group can easily follow to come up with conclusive results. The method dates back to John Hopkins University where it was brought forth by Robert Slavin. The first step involved in this learning method is dividing the student into different groups of four students in each team. The teams will enable the students to work together and enrich each other with knowledge and understanding of the provided topic. The teacher or the instructor will also be a member of the team though not officially since they will have to break down the assignment given before leaving it to the students. After the grouping, each individual student will be tested, the testing is helpful because it enable the instructor to know whether the group work is helping the entire student or not. Te procedure for assigning these teams involves, ranking the students using academics as a form of measure. Separating the students with different academic abilities and placing in heterogeneous teams (a group of students with different abilities and measure). The instructor or the will then avail the learning objectives to each team. The learning objectives are usually questions with answer sheets that the team members will be answering the given questions. The team will then be required to work by studying the given questions and associating with one another to come up with answers that all team members are satisfied with. Finally, the instructor will assess the answers and each team member so as to know whether the team work was successful or not.

Question 3: Factors influencing memory or recall ability
Memory is respiratory in the human brain where information can be stored for some period, though the information can be lost or be distorted at the time due to the following factors.
Failure to organize academic material can deeply cost a student since he/she will not be able to recall most of the information entailed in jumbled up materials. Lack of organizing material can also lead to loss of significant strategies since one can easily recall organized materials than unorganized material.
When recalling information, primary and recency play a key role in enabling one to remember. Recency plays it part during short-term memory, it effect can be nullified if there is interference hence one will not be able to remember. The primary effect, on the other hand, helps in long term memory it is not as much affected by recency.
Other factors affecting recall are motivation, which can either encourage one to remember or forget. Paying attention is also critical in memory, when one pays attention one will be able to remember as opposed to the non-concentrating individual. Gender, physical activity, food consumption, self-independent memory, trauma and brain exposure are some of the important factors that greatly affect individuals memory.

Both involves step-by-step approach so as to come up with final product and reasoning that is satisfactory and successful. In academics, decision-making and problem-solving is very important since processes enable one to critically analyze education material and be in a position to prioritize the option that will be best for success. Decision-making is an academic tool that prone academicians to organize all the available information then evaluating the information so as to prioritize risk. As an academic tool, it first clarifies the state of affairs at hand then uses the availed information to choose a particular direction. Before taking a particular direction, the academicians will first sit down and analyze the problem at hand. Evaluation of the problem at hand will enable the involved party to know the root cause of the problem and thus make the decision to take a path that will not lead to the problem again. The team will then analyze the impact of the decision they have made before satisfying that it will be successful. Problem analysis will then be enlarged to cover even the potential problems which the academic team suspects that will happen. Consequences and risk involved if the decision is not made and the problem not solved will be the leading factor in decision making while trying to solve the problem at hand.

After carrying out the research, the academic team will have to make a decision on whether to share their finding with students before making a decision on repercussion that will face the offenders. From this point, one can clearly point out that the teaching team or rather the academic team have already done their work and can point out the problem. The student, on the other hand, will be required to understand the ethics of an institution and the punishment that comes with overstepping on them.
The academic team shall have then done all the requirement of decision-making and shall thus be in the final stages of problem-solving and decision-making. The decision-making process will involve the team suggesting a possible solution to mitigate the threat of cheating that might with academic integrity in their institution. The suggested solution will then be analyzed by the team so as to settle on one that will be long lasting and satisfactory to all the parties involved. From the analysis of the decision-making and problem-solving method, it is obvious that the step is important to an academic system. Problem-solving and decision-making skills will enable an intuition to evade problems that might make it ruins its integrity leading to its collapse.
