Good Essay About Poem Analysis

In the poem, the world that the poet refers as home requires socialization where many things that the kid has to endure while under the care of the care takers. One key lesson from the poem is that children may be exposed to a lot of harm as a result of socializing with other people in the world. For example, they may be made to endure beatings, abusive language and such (Williamson 10).
The poet seems not to be happy with her family. The home seems to have exposed her to hatred rather than the company that would be wished. This is because the poet has cited hatred and fights in the poem. It is also clear that the poet does not like the way of life that has been the part of life. This is a key defining moment in the poet’s life. This results to one key lesson that in the real world there are those people that live in denial. People who are not pleased with what they do, but they find themselves doing the same things.
Lastly, another lesson of the poem is that world requires leadership of guardians, especially in matters concerning children. The poet has used parenting types to pass the message that the world has not been a better place for the poet as well as educating people on the challenges that kids suffer mentally when left under the care of the guardians. Furthermore, a state is plentiful of different people, who are of different kind and character. The children care takers subscribe to the notion of “our nature is to nurture our nature”. There are those that are kind and well-mannered. However, there are those that are not good at all.
