Goals and Objectives
Forest Products Ltd will develop and maintain documented reactive and proactive occupational goals for the health and safety measures in its operations. Forest Products Ltd will also develop and maintain an efficient Objectives Achievement Plan that will outline the provisions and ways of achieving these objectives.
The following will be the responsibilities of the following positions in Forest Products:
President: To control, monitor, and be accountable for the administration of Forest Products Ltd.
Production Manager: To ensure high and quality production of wood table tops and counters.
Health and Safety Manager: To ensure a reduction in the number of accidents at Forest Products Ltd and oversee hiring of highly qualified individuals in the Health and Safety Department.
Health and Safety Committee: To exercise oversight over the functions and duties of the Health and Safety Manager, and vet proposed Health and Safety Managers and Coordinators during the hiring process.
The annual goal for the Forest Products Ltd is to provide a Healthy and Safety environment for all the employees.
The principle objective of Forest Products Ltd is to provide training and equipment for the 85 employees.
The proactive objective of Forest Product Ltd is to improve the Health and Safety policies, procedures and programs.
The reactive objective is to use the Health and Safety Committee as a measure of achievement for the proactive measures.
The Objectives Achievement Plan will include performance evaluation by the Committee after every month. The evaluations will be communicated to the employees and relevant parties. Amendments will involve the Committee and will involve the employees.
