Business Analyst

Analysts aims for the fulfillment of different tasks that carry out the analytical study. Thus, the final purpose is the development of formulation of information system development. According to Hass (2008), He is responsible for communication with the business users / customer, requirements gathering, writing technical specifications for the completion of various systems, as well as the preparation of specifications and technical documentation. It is also related the fulfillment of system testing, user training and demonstration of system changes.

Basic Requirements

Data collection, practical experience of participation in projects in the role of a business analyst, formalization and analysis of business users or customer requirements, as well as coordination and writing of technical documents are considered to be the major requirements for this position.

Foreign language is Technical English, including the skills to develop and read technical literature and work with technical documentation.

Analyst position requires basic knowledge of MS project, the management skills as identification and escalation of problems.
The possession of tools and methods of design and analysis includes: professional knowledge of notation UML; professional knowledge of the methodology of object-oriented domain analysis; Requisite Pro; Rational SoDA; professional knowledge of Rational Rose; the ability to read the model notation DFD; practical possession of Power Designer; the ability to design a model notation IDEF1x;
Knowledge of the concepts and technologies of information systems development and designing, a basic knowledge of object-oriented development and design; knowledge of the concepts of SGML, HTML XML, and possibilities of their usage are highly required.
The analyst is considered to cope with means of office work: knowledge of MS Excel; knowledge of methods of work style in Word; possession of Visio, MS PowerPoint; possession of MS Outlook, Explorer (or Netscape Navigator).
General skills comprise the preparation of technical presentations (for the customer and project team), description of the subject area and developed communication skills.

As for education it is required the university degree.

Tester
Tester is a specialist in the field of IT-technologies focused on the functionality of the software product and correspondence of requirements with necessary quality. Conventionally, testers may be considered as professionals involved in the work on the program in conjunction with a team of programmers. They carry out the research, only when the product is created. These professionals’ work focuses on the assessment of the finished product.
Activities of tester illustrates a job in the IT-companies that develop software products, as well as the work of independent departments or testing groups in the testing and development of any organizations. It concludes an analysis, interpretation and comparison of data, as well as offer of new solutions.
Regarding the results of the survey, it is not necessary to receive special education in college or high school to become a tester. Testers obtain the necessary training directly for a job in the workplace during the trial period. He coordinates the project from the first stage of development to the final stages of technical support and testing, being directly involved in the development as a skilled worker. Developer may distribute job sites and monitors tasks of other team members and provide supervision and training of staff.
The fulfillment of detailed design components based on common specifications relates to his duties. Developer also initial testing and programming of charged component.

Area of ​​responsibility comprises architecting product and coordination.

The practical experience of the competent developer is 3 to 5 years in the particular sphere.
It is required a university degree according to this position.
The level of training and experience is estimated by the quantity of projects in the software development.
Developer has to be fluent in Technical English, including the ability to comment on the texts of the programs (without a dictionary), read technical books devoted to IT profile (no dictionary); the ability to communicate on professional topics (Intermediate); the ability to develop documentation (with the dictionary).

The specialist is required to possess software engineering process, methods and tools of analysis and design.

Therefore, the main programming languages are NET / C ++ / Java (J2EE).

Basic knowledge includes the markup languages, application servers, web-servers, databases, client technologies, server technologies and means of office work.

Team Leader

This specialist is to be competent PC user and has a good knowledge of the entire complex products Microsoft Office. The ability of technical information expression and clearly communication with project participants form the background of necessary skills. Technical writer has to be highly involved in the standards and policies used in the project. This position foresees the interaction with development teams and software testing.
The significant keys are knowledge of HTML, experience in the creation of content in wiki-systems and knowledge of the principles of automated testing and scripting languages.

Designer

Designer is considered to be competent in updating and supplementing of existing site design (front-end), creating parking pages (landing pages) for shares and additional services, creating layouts for client side (the user's office, back-end), development of models and materials for SMM, and POS-materials. This position requires the experience in laying out of site for the new products. If the company produces the mobile application, designer fulfill the appropriate performance of these products.
The specialist is required to be competent in Photoshop and Illustrator, Mac OS X and Sketch, Axure, OmniGraffle. One of the most important advantages is the ability to ask the right question.

Trainer

Trainer in IT project has to possess the expert knowledge in the field of software testing, project management, software production processes, motivation and training of IT-specialists. Specialization in software testing includes test design and test management. This specialist turns out to be competent in Project Management definitely in the areas of responsibility and not rigid "frontier projects": external service providers, and content, internal customers, budget allocation based on priorities and results of the experiments, work with related departments within the company. This position foresees the educational activities: training and development of adults, personal coaching, and psychology of behavior.

The career focuses on the consulting for IT-specialists, IT managers and directors of IT-companies.

Trainers usually work as Software developers and testers, database administrator, manager of testing, implementation consultant, owner of own consulting business, business analyst and head of the office of a full cycle of development that become a big advantage in trainer activity.

End User

If we are talking about people, then the user information system (Eng. «Information system user») - the person, group of persons or organization seeking services information system to obtain the information they need or solve other problems. In order to obtain the desired information, users perform its search on their own or with the help of intermediaries. As intermediaries are usually the information professionals: librarians (bibliographers) and information services. In this case, users, contact your reseller to obtain the information they need, referred to as "end."

The end-user - a representative who is not working directly with the system, but applies the results of its operation.

These are almost all the users of IT. End users should also be sufficiently well versed in IT. While not every project team information systems includes end-users as formal members, they often take part in the application initiatives, reporting on current processes or procedures and evaluating prospective projects. In addition, they are closest to the customers and can best highlight the issues of improving the process or customer satisfaction. The role of the end-user is the main, with the effective implementation of a new computer system.
