Abstract
The managers have to take and treat the financial statements as the enlightened medical reports of the companies. The financial statements will educate the managers about different departments’ instrumentality in terms of serving the target needs and wants. The companies have to humanize the process of accounting as well because this measure will allow the managers to know what the consumers are thinking of their financial choices.
