Leadership assessment tools today attributes of development that helps to nurture one in growing as a leader. Some of these tools include demonstrating personal qualities, managing services, working with others, improving services and setting directions. Decision-making is a product of leadership, and the buck lies with the leaders of the kind of decisions made. Leaders while making decision must always ensure they consider the emotional intelligence where thinking and behavior help to monitor the emotions of others (Salovey and David, 2004).
Managing time effectively
Every organization works on demands of order. Order in this sense provides means through which an organization is deemed to be at its procedural set up. As a leader, one is ready to overcome all the biases that erupt from influencing managerial people. A leader, therefore, to become more efficient in making decisions, should seek to understand the impact of the decisions and their effect on various parties.
