The Agency That Will Receive the Information The agency that receives the information related to cancer is the Cancer, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Disease (CCPD), Colorado. This agency is a competitive grants program which is intended for helping ensure the implementation of state strategy plans for pulmonary, cardiovascular and cancer diseases (Stewart, 2013). There is also the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) which deals with environmental and health issues.
