Free Dissertation Proposal On Problem Statement: How To Provide Quality Acute Care In A Hospital Setting While Reducing Costs

Healthcare is a basic human want. With the advancement in technology, medical practitioners among other stakeholders have strived for the best in ensuring quality patient care. However, such efforts have had little impact on the ground as many care-seekers lack quality services as they come in and out of our healthcare facilities (Lehmann et al., 2013).
As a basic want, it is ideal that patient care be served with quality standards as per the expectation of the human race of this century.
Contrary, the number of people who receive quality healthcare is insignificant compared to the world’s population (Wong, Hockenberry & Wilson, 2011). Recently, practitioners have shifted to a tendency of reducing costs hence giving less attention to curing and taking care of the need medical seekers (Stern, 2010). For this reason, my proposal seeks “explore the level of complexity on how to provide quality Acute and care in a hospital setting while reducing costs.”
The proposal will initiate the use of quantitative research and case study surveys to help evaluate and improve the processes and evidence that would lead to the most accurate research findings.
Regardless of age, gender among other societal related beliefs, the relevance of quality healthcare has never been compromised (Melnyk & Fineout-Overholt, 2012). This shows how essential the topic is and especially to catering the welfare of all populations and specialized groups.
In the focus to solve the issue of quality and yet cost-sensitive patient-care, exploring both primary and secondary resources will be fundamental to address the problem (Ghani & Kumar, 2011). As concisely as it is, covering related literatures on the topic will help us discover the loopholes that have continued to deteriorate our healthcare systems. Though insights will also make us discover the how to provide and manage healthcare with the limited resources.
