Good Example Of Thesis Proposal On Career Development Starts At Home

The goal of any education is money or career and as much as possible! Thus, we need high-quality knowledge that can successfully get a promising and profitable work. Because the main purpose of the student is to take a good job in considerable company. But sometimes it turns out that classes do not perform this role and we accuse it of being useless.
Therefore, many students have the persuasion that there is no other way of education, except classes. Finally, they will be disappointed because of wrong choice of specialty or bad education.
Following the main purpose it is desirable to spend education time more thought-out. The search of a good career or its building requires attempts to try oneself in the role of different employees.
In this case we approach to the self-improvement. The first rule of any person wishing to become a successful, reads as follows: to keep pace with life, you need to spend time on self-improvement. Speaking of business concepts - invest in yourself. It follows that the main asset of the person - himself. And the most successful and effective investments are investments in the development of the self.
Self-educations provides with necessary knowledge that you may implement at any position. The career success is measured in quantity of interview, obtaining new skills and positive thinking. In spite of these all benefits, self-education has one unique advantage – the opportunity to grow own business.
I cannot help paying attention to successful businessmen like Steve Job, Ford or Bill Gates. These prominent people paid attention to the own self-education. According to Steve Jobs (2011), “Be smart and a good student - two different things" (p.32). Following this statement it is obvious that business may be built only due to innovations that we should implement in our self-development. The typical study process is considered to be appropriate for everyone. But everybody is striving to become innovator or successful businessman. Thus, classes give the valuable long-term experience, but no flexibility in decisions making that plays the vital role in modern world.
