Exempting a few central hospitals in the state, Denmark has been served by the towns and counties since the beginning of the 18th century. Such incident means there has been long traditional administration, which is decentralized. The changes in the public hospitals to counties challenge to the firms which supply the healthcare products to the hospitals. The number of hospitals decreased from 1375 to 756 which led to a closure of some healthcare facilities in the country. In conclusion, a comprehensive and readily available market is the core factor in the field of production. If the firm has no market, then there should be no surprise if it dissolves anytime. The company should ensure that it has the constant market, which it supplies its products. The warehousing facilities also affect the market for the company which produces the healthcare products. If the products are not kept in the place which has favorable conditions, it will incur losses if the products perish.
