The newsletters can be through email or softcopy. They are the most popular channels today, and most people use them to access any announcement or news from the companies. The business can, however, cushion themselves from the cost of producing the newsletters through sale of advertising space. Also, businesses can use traditional fax communication, post of business letters and direct mail piece to communicate. They can also use handwritten notes to convey gratitude for services well offered.
