Teaching is holistic profession that operates in order to cause the process of social development to emerge as a notable and significant regime. The teachers do not have to watch their self interest because they are working in order to serve higher objectives of life, but the capitalistic mindset has corrupted the field of education that has literal design to enlighten the minds of normal and abnormal populations of students.
The conversion of educational field into a business caused the behaviors of the teachers to become selfish with the passage of time, and therefore, they are working in order create wealth, and less number of professionals are willing to join special education because they intend to create money rather than difference in the lives of those students who have a learning difficulty of one sort or another, and the humanistic side of the educational process is dying out as the time in this world is moving forwards.
The organizations have to hire energetic people as teachers especially in the case of abnormal education, and the teachers are running away in this regard because they not willing to put in the effort in training suffering pupils. The educational and academic opportunities are significant when one chooses to operate as an educationalist with active and healthy people because the clientele is huge, and one can double the financial returns with inputting minimal efforts. The special educational managers have to hire people and teachers who are motivated and committed in the direction of making a difference in the lives of suffering humanity, and their ability to cope with stress should also be immense in order to facilitate learning amongst special kids.
