ABSTRACT
This paper assesses the international organization of Nokia Corporation and the strategy used by it in order to achieve leadership on the global market. The objective of the paper is to analyze the organization of the company at the present time as well as during the past five years, to assess whether it has the resources necessary to become a market leader and to provide recommendations for achieving this goal.
