Labor relations are important to any organization. Labor relations define interactions between the staff and the management, which is a result of relationships between unions and employers. Unions normally take part in collective bargaining agreements on behalf of the employees (Natacha & Budin, 2008). However, these negotiations can sometimes break down or reach an impasse.
