The Analytical Report: “From Civil Rights to Human Rights”

Introduction
The philosophers have written volumes over volumes about social rights of the suppressed factions in the masses such as women and blacks in America. However, nothing practical was performed by the authors to alleviate socialistic stress from over the heads of those who were forced to live a disadvantaged life (Jackson, 138). The scholars identified the problems and issues that the financially and racially weak parties had to endure in order to survive through their daily lives. The developed nations received the message, and they are becoming more and more colorless and genderless with the passage of time. The philosophy of antiracism found its root in the early period of civil moment that challenged Apartheid in South Africa. The leader emerged who was against the social order of his society, and he had started to experience boredom and tiredness from being at the wrong end of life. His name was Martin Luther King Jr. who did not have any logically conceived philosophical basis for his moment (Fairclough, 151), but he carried the message of humanity that everybody listened and responded. Martin delivered a speech with the title “I have a dream” that caused hearts of the entire nation to move.
In the historical context, philosophers changed the mindset of the nations, but in case of abovementioned leader, a person who could not do any academic work in order to free his people from cruel social culture, but he did not standby silently and watched his people to be slaughtered. He had the guts to challenge the norms those perceived whites as nobles, and blacks as little more than animals. The time has passed when African Americans were considered to be intellectually weak and mentally retarded as a race in America. The philosophy of antiracism finally reached the shores of the country that took the racist’s view as a fundamentality while developing basic American identity. The native Indians had to face a significant level of wipeout because the nation was settled to provide whites a safe and sound homeland. The government of John Kennedy passed a constitutional ruling making basic human rights available for every citizen regardless of racial and ethnic background. The objective, purpose and dream of Luther King found an applicatory stature in the land of America where blacks, whites, and women are enjoying same rights of socialization and personal development.
Martin did not have an agenda, but he had one thing, and that was a humanistic message that somehow touched the hearts of people. The work and civil rights moment of Luther King did more than anyone could for the purpose of social equality in the history of South Africa. The campaign did not meet it logical conclusion in the life of its conceiver, but it provided a much larger ground for Nelson Mandela to constitutionalize the changes proposed by the previous ethnic leadership of the African people.
The hard circumstances faced by Luther King provided a universal message that found application in the globalized world of the 21st century. The South African nation is still fighting the war of instating social rights, but rest of the nation found the thoughts of Luther King interning, and they based the contemporary legal systems in order to bless the people to devise their way of life as freely as possible. The ethics were integrated in the laws of America, and the land of opportunities even got better in the light of propositions made by the central figure of this paper. However, the book recorded the highlights of the socialistic campaign that ran under the headship of King (Miller, 68). The literally work was not just stating the facts about the moment, but it described the futuristic impacts as well. The civil and social rights moment of South Africa talked to future, and provided the dormant concept of global citizenship behavior as well.
The leadership ability of Luther was well proven in the pages of history, and those who were against him had to eliminate the character from the screen so that they can prevent their methods of government from dissipation. The negative side of the leadership does not kill people, but it works in order to mold them according to the prevalent needs and wants of the enslaving forces. However, the influence of Luther was so strong that the leaders of that time had to shut his mouth forever in order to prevail as rulers. The literally rule of the leader nevertheless, prevailed and the name Luther King is presently resonating in the very fabric of global social setup. The being analyzed book is a masterpiece because it developed missing linkages in the literature of leadership. The art and science of leader found a new definition in the light of life events of the featured personality. Before that, the leadership was recognized as a behavioral construct that influence others. According to the classical leadership theory, enslavers qualified as legitimate agents of the society. However, the contribution made by King added in the body of knowledge, and nowadays, experts are considering leadership as a transactional phenomenon that can provide the masses with psychological and physical fruits in the form of job creation and social rights.
The Americans modified the Bill of Rights in order to add freedom to socialize and collective bargaining as well. The partial credit in this regard goes to the soul of Luther King. The philosophy of Luther King did not prevail in the local culture because the concept did not become generational. However, Nelson Mandela implemented the golden principles, but once again, the history repeated itself, and Nelson shared the legacy of his predecessor in terms of followers who failed to carry the message of equality forward. The leaders who challenged social and capitalistic divisions always faced problems with continual aspect of their ways. Same happened with Mohammad who transformed Medina into an ideal state. However, the Muslims did not follow his method. At the same time, Americans created a national system that values righteousness, and everyone has the privileged right to pursue his or her dreams. The Declaration of Independence states that all of the people will have the right to pursue happiness. The American literature came to acknowledge the fact that contentment and happiness go hand in hand. The environmental factors of the country are having a configuration to expedite the journey of self-discovery in the humans.

Conclusion

This paper has an academic design in order to highlight and discuss the fruits those a book entitled “From Civil Rights to Human Rights” provided to the audience. The journey of civil liberties breakouts from the streets of Cape Town, but eventually, it transformed into a river that is flowing from one end of the world to another. The women have the freedom to integrate the sexual orientation of their choice, and nobody is going to judge them for that. The world followed Luther King, and the global community is sharing his dream because we are moving towards a borderless, colorless, and raceless world with the passage of time. The personality of Luther King was powerful enough in order to inspire many books. The practice of leadership became relatively easy in the modern world, when Luther saw the dream, then; he had to confront countless challenges. He could not survive physically, but he did so in terms of vision.
