Through the course of time, man has surely learned to get itself into such thing called “modern calamities” which include social system and ideology or intellectual system. Society, in whatever form it exists, has only made humanity fall into its unending need of luxury. Economics has made science a field used to search for power instead of truth. On the other hand, democracy and western liberalism are not much different as they are nothing but a strong urge to flaunt strong spirit and made man an animal willing to do anything for profit and luxury.
As for man’s ideological calamity, ideologies showed that man is nothing but an animal in evolution or a product of what he has done. Moreover, religion has become a powerful tool that has gone been continuously moving through the hands of the powerful citizens. Confucius has freed people from superstition by rational organization of life which at the end made its believers to stop progressing by being so conservative and traditionalist. Buddha, who was supposed to free people from worshiping gods, made people worship him. Messiah who came to deliver the message of humanity from materialism has spilled so much blood in the course of history. Lastly, Islam, that has summoned mankind from the lowliness of earth to the heights of heaven, has become either an inherited tradition of blind conformity and supplication or flight from reality.
Humanity is living between two eras: one in which its new spirit has brought disillusion to mankind and the other is where it searches for deliverance and new road.
