The modern teachers’ activities become more and more importance enrichment of the emotional sphere and control of mental activity of students, analysis, generalization and systematization of their experiences the development of cognitive abilities and moral qualities. School teacher cannot act only as an informant, he must be an active organizer of the cognitive activity of schoolchildren aimed at strong absorption of certain systems of leading ideas and conceptual apparatus of the foundations of science and norms of communist morality, the formation of each student's conscious attitude to learning, work and communicate. In connection with the introduction of our country universal secondary education of young people teaching profession is not only the most massive, but also one of the most difficult forms of professional activities, places high demands on the teacher's personality, his scientific erudition, moral education and professionalism. Teacher - it is always a model of the future. He cannot but strive to be so today, what wants to see their pupils tomorrow.
Teaching experience - a body of knowledge and skills obtained in the process of teacher educational work. Pedagogical skills are based on teaching experience, they are kind of touchstone during the experiment, checking the validity of tons of theories, concepts, forecasts, etc. Analysis of the results of experimental work, that is specially organized teaching experience, enables us to prove the truth or illegality of theoretical knowledge, check out the optimal solution accuracy of the forecasts.
The knowledge obtained while studying becomes flexible and deep only in school practice, only practicing optimizes pedagogical actions of the teacher. In the process of pedagogical activity experience is conceptualized, updated, and based on psychological and pedagogical science. It enables the development of pedagogical skills and learning experiences of others, comparing it with their own. Teaching experience must be expressed in the technology of the educational process, identifying the interdependence of its components. From this perspective, a special role belongs to the advanced pedagogical experience – creative, active uptake and implementation of a teacher in practical means and principles of pedagogy based on actual problems and specific conditions, especially the children, staff and student teacher's personality (Educational psychologist, 2010).
The sphere of influence of the teacher's personality encompasses intellectual, emotional, and volitional effectively hand the perception of students. Stable professional pedagogical orientation of the teacher’s personality is reflected in his moral and ethical attitude towards their profession, around the nature of its pedagogical and educational activities. This is in a large extent determines the success of his activities, job satisfaction and communication with children. The successful performance of professional duties requires teachers teaching certain abilities and skills. General abilities, especially memory, attention, thinking activity, imagination, willpower turn into pedagogical abilities of a good teacher. In addition, teachers need organizational skills, ability to understand other people, imbued with the inner world of children, to empathize in joy and in trouble, pass on their knowledge in an accessible form to his disciples.
These qualities should be formed in the period of high school training and through social activities. Pedagogical skills are a prerequisite for the implementation of socio-educational and teaching functions of the teacher.
According to Nolan and Meister (2011) the teacher should be able to do the following:
identify specific educational and training tasks, based on the overall learning objectives, taking into account the age and individual characteristics of students and socio-psychological characteristics of the class, create a favorable climate and mood in the team;
learn the identity of the student and the whole class for the purpose of diagnosis and design of their development, education, ascending the ladder of knowledge;
provide current and future planning of educational and extra-curricular activities for children. Carrying out specific educational activities;
use a variety of forms, methods, tools and techniques to guide the educational activities of students;
organize and mobilize the children to perform the tasks (to define the sequence of actions and their actions students form an asset class, coordinate relations between asset classes and to conduct monitoring, summarizing and analysis of the work);
communicate with children, to establish contact with individual students and the whole class;
observe and analyze educational work in general, as well as to make sense of the educational activities.
Complexity, dynamism, versatility, creative character of pedagogical work necessitates a conscious application of various techniques and methods of work, finding ways to improve the effectiveness of the educational process, taking into account the specific conditions. However, the very specific features of teaching activities define the practical importance of the automation of the teacher's actions, the role of pedagogical skills. The work with children requires a lot of pedagogical tact, including fairness and objectivity in dealing with students, parents and colleagues at school. At the heart of pedagogical tact is love for children and a tolerant attitude towards all the others. In the process of communicating the teacher should be able to understand the position of the student, to be able to penetrate his peace of mind, in the most subtle psychological characteristics of life emerging personality.
