Introduction
The joint commission is responsible for implementation several topics and issues, which are constitutionally determined with regard to Medicaid in the United States (McAlarney, 2008; Grantham, 2010). It is an agency of the federal governments of the United States, which has significant links with the state governments to ensure proper implementation of healthcare policies and regulations within the United States.

Overview

For a long time now, the commission has served under different titles in the past playing healthcare supervisions roles among other roles within the country (Scott, 2009). So far, it has recorded tremendous success in mounting appropriate pressure upon healthcare providers so that they offer quality healthcare services to patients as per the constitutional requirements of the country . Essentially, the joint commission executes a number of duties within the country.
