For a long time now, the commission has served under different titles in the past playing healthcare supervisions roles among other roles within the country (Scott, 2009). So far, it has recorded tremendous success in mounting appropriate pressure upon healthcare providers so that they offer quality healthcare services to patients as per the constitutional requirements of the country . Its effect has been felt both in the federal and the state governments, prompting numerous and continued improvements in the healthcare sector.

Major roles
