Khilz photography is a company that will operates in Hamilton city. Research has identified the need for photographic services in the city and this is why a decision has been made to start the business in the city. The business will serve individuals, companies, and families. It will ensure that quality services are provided to the consumers so that they can come for repeat services. The company will apply modern technologies, high tech devices to achieve the quality that the customers deserve. The company has identified the need for the photography services in the region. People need to remember the good moments that they spend with their families, colleagues and friends. This can be achieved if there are photographers who can capture the good moments that people have without interfering with their activities. The company aims at providing professional services based on the behaviors and demand of the customers.

Branding strategy

Branding will be the main marketing strategy of the Khilz photography. The strategy will ensure that the photos produced by the company sell because of branding. Khilz photography has a high reputation of producing quality and refined photos. A Khilz photography brand communicates well to the customers in the region due to its reputation for quality and thoughtfulness to services. Khilz photography will continually innovate in its mission to stay forward of their competitors. Khilz photography brands will be considered as the best niche flexible and most dynamic in the region. Khilz photography will receives its information via social media especially twitter and Facebook and at different types of retail outlets. Meanwhile, the company will use magazines and periodicals for photos distribution network in the region. The outlets will help the company to become more competitive and continue serving as a supplier in the Hamilton city.

Khilz photography focuses on budgeting about $ 4million to expand its operations. This is in-line with its competitors’ average advertising expenditure relative to market share. In a period of one year, an assessment will be made to ascertain the effectiveness of the campaign strategy in achieving its goals. Khilz photography expects that there will be constant operations in the future, with no plans to exit the market. Meanwhile, the company plans to increase its presence in the market via social media campaign. The company plans to enter into merge with interested parties in order to diversify its services and make a public stock offering in the future. In order to meet its objectives, the company is supposed to monitor the progress of implementing the plan and evaluate its performance.
