The story starts when boy is religious and keen to obey his Jews faith and beliefs. Boy along with his family and community members used to pray and thank god for his mercy and all other things. However, the situation changed when Jews saw that their people and children are burned, hanged and brutally killed. The god and his eternal power was nowhere; God was silent and did not help Jews. Children were hanged in front of their parents; people saw them chocking, suffocating and losing their voices (Wiesel).
