Women’s Leadership Style Literature Review Examples

In order to understand and respect the women's leadership style, one needs to work effectively in an ethical way. Get to understand how she organizes herself so as to support her members. Before one decides to be a leader many already see the qualities she possesses that give her the leadership qualities thus allowing her to lead. Respect is not gained but earned, for one to be there one needs to prove her capabilities to perform leadership duties and in the end achieve success.
It’s impossible not to respect women, admire or value their great leadership. With the beginning of each day, women continue to produce good leaders. Still according to the Forbes magazine as by July 2013 only 19 female presidents have been elected worldwide, and only 4.6% are in the CEO positions. Women are yet to be appreciated as they deserve. Many still linger on the belief that man is the superior, and no woman can rule over a man, their excuse being that the women will overpower them and neglect their duties.
Using my Hispanic upbringing, women from my place are hard-working, strong-willed and ambitious. From them, the traditions have been valued courtesy of their leadership. Women easily adapt to change and manage crisis; they sense danger by the first glance and if unable to solve it they try neutralizing it. Women hold on to their cultures but still embrace the new culture, they seek to prove the true value and never rely on favors. Women should be respected they understand survival, they reinvent and renew ideas. They are opportunity driven as they grasp all opportunities within, they are strategic: women see what not all can see, they are passionate as they put passion into what they do.
