Totalitarianism - the socio-political system that for the specific purposes of its creators committed to the total control over the entire life of the community and all aspects of the life of each individual.

The main features of a totalitarian regime are :

The presence of the official total ideology, whose main objective is the legitimation of the political regime and its course;
Monopoly of one party to power, not limited by any law, and even the charter of the party itself. Avoiding any ideological dissent and political opposition;
Fusion of party and state apparatus, when the head of the party and state are one and the same person, having unlimited power (Friedrich and Brzezinski);
Implementation of ideological propaganda with the help of mass popular demonstrations, military parades and sports. The purpose of such propaganda is to mobilize people in support of the current regime;
In the economic sphere, totalitarianism is based on monopoly control of the party-state apparatus of production and the economy as a whole, on a centralized planned management and business management;
Creation of a system of total police control for general deterrence, using the methods of moral and physical coercion and terror;
Thus, the totalitarian political system have a high capacity to mobilize resources and focus to achieve socially important goals, such as industrialization or military construction. Though they are effective in times of war, such systems are poorly adapted to the development of a society that changes in various spheres of life. Totalitarianism has no historical perspective. Due to the uncontrolled use of internal resources totalitarian state exhausts itself.
Monarchy - is a form of government in which the supreme power carried out individually and goes, usually inherited. The main features of classical monarchical forms of government are:

The existence of the sole head of state (king, emperor);

Hereditary order of succession of the supreme power;
Legal irresponsibility of the monarch.
The monarchy emerged in a slave society. Under feudalism, it has become the main form of government. In bourgeois society, it preserved only as traditional, but mostly formal monarchical government.
Dictatorship - a form of political regime, when all power belongs to the same political position (one person or group of persons). And, for the dictatorship is not necessarily the presence of a totalitarian regime. Dictatorship can be a monarchy, communism or socialism (Friedrich and Brzezinski). The essence remains the same – it is a form of government where power is in the hands of one person or a group .
So, on the assumption of this information, we may conclude, that these forms of political regime in most cases defy the basical rights and freedoms of a person and cease total control of both political and economical activity of a person.
