Dress for Success is a worldwide organization with branches across the world. This enables it to be able to serve a wide range of disadvantaged women. The well-established network enables the organization to increase their influence and brand awareness in an effort to capitalize on fundraising and donations. Furthermore, the organizations expenses are quite high and are an indicator of the company’s operational efficiency. As such, donors may be willing to provide additional funds owing to the fact that a very high percentage of donations goes on to help disadvantaged women. Further, the organization’s standard of accountability is a requirement for all affiliates, and this is significant in boosting confidence in potential donors. Their online social presence is critical to reaching volunteers for their organization. Additionally, they treat their donors as customers. Furthermore, the organization has identified a need that has not been addressed in many areas. Dress for Success rallies aid from the local communities and targets shelters where disadvantaged women may be found to ensure volunteers and support. Furthermore, quality of dresses offered are normally high and suited to the professional industry. Board members of Dress for Success organization hold high positions in different public and private companies, and this is essential in developing a sufficient women’s professional network.

The organization’s brand is aimed to dress disadvantaged women for success as they seek employment opportunities. Furthermore, the organization goes a step further to help women seek employment opportunities by using their established professional networks. The organization has established a niche that has not been exploited, which has made it become a leader in its field. Donors and volunteers help since they see the goal of the organization as being unique and encouraging to women around the world. The idea is to change and boost other people’s lives. Dress for Success brand personality encompasses characteristics such as sincerity and openness, which allows the donors and the disadvantaged women a sense of something to relate to the organization. Individuals who have a passion for helping others are more likely to be motivated to donate or volunteer for Dress for Success based on such characteristics that the organization possesses in its activities.

In the efforts to reach other disadvantaged women, donors and volunteers can be motivated to provide more and influence others to support the noble venture of aiding women. Those who want to be the start helping others in their locations can sign up as affiliates and work to influence others to help the less-fortunate women.

The message from Dress for Success is helping others who are not in a position to do so. It is about giving them a boost in the right direction. Furthermore, coupled with the ideas and principles of doing it for the sole purpose of helping others and not for profits, individuals are likely to sign up to help whereas those being helped may be motivated to seek this help. It evokes selfness.
